Xpand LLC is an experienced developer and manufacturer of medical devices, namely implants, which are used in cardiovascular surgery, for both pediatric and adult patients as well. Our products are used for medical use and for research and other applications.
Xpand LLC has production facilities located at 40 Kvitky Tsisyk Street, Kyiv, Ukraine, 04075, as well as unique production and testing equipment.
Manufacturing is carried out in clean rooms with an area of ​​120 sq m with a purity class of ISO 7 according to ISO 14644-1.
The company has implemented a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 13485:2016 “Medical devices. Quality management systems. Regulatory requirements”.
We have developed a flexible and proven interaction model designed to create commercially successful products. Our professional team of bioengineers, biologists, and physicians, as well as infrastructure, cover the entire spectrum of the medical device life cycle: from the early stages of prototyping to full-scale high-performance production. When it comes to the development and production of medical devices for use in cardiovascular surgery, our unique combination of technology and infrastructure is second to none.
At the moment, Xpand LLC has developed and implemented in production:
Conduite “Roflex” – an artificial vascular prosthesis, with leaflets mechanism,
Tissue-modified biocompatible matrix “Tiflex” (patch from the bovine pericardium),
Kit for transapical heart aortic valve implantation.
