Started in Germany in 1999, Vitaphone has been doing chronic disease management for 10 years, cardiac arrhythmia monitoring for over 13 years, and opened its US-based telemonitoring center in 2009. Chronic disease programs globally include hypertension, COPD, CHF, chronic pain, and diabetes. We are also integrating our proven, PICO Medication Adherence Support System (MASS) to effect even better outcomes, and improve patient safety.
