Mission:
Vital Link is an industry leader in the area of Medical Alert Systems. We are a team of motivated staff dedicated to providing the best products and services available in our industry. Our purpose is to help the Elderly and Disabled communities to remain living safely and independently in their own homes. Our strength is generated from our commitment to our clients, our industry, our employees, our community and ourselves.

Our clients:
Vital Link is committed to providing our clients high quality services while creating an enjoyable and productive working environment. We are sensitive and responsive to our clients’ needs and devoted to their satisfaction. We strive to be fair, honest, respectful, courteous and professional in all our dealings. We provide financial assistance to those who can’t afford our services.

Our company ideology:
We are dedicated to helping our community and supporting senior causes. Our CEO, Art Hoffman, is the President of the Board of Directors of Alameda County Meals on Wheels. Falls are the leading cause for individuals over the age of 65 to lose their independence. Once an individual falls, the quicker they receive help the more likelihood that they will recover from any injuries. Vital Link has been extremely involved in Fall Prevention education throughout the community. Each year, we spend more money supporting senior causes than we do on marketing. We try to make our services as affordable as possible for those in need.
