As a result, the number of available eye care professionals haven’t been able to keep up with the population’s needs. That, combined with the increasing wait time for appointments, represent a crucial public health issue.
We want to provide patients worldwide with better access to eye health resources. We deeply believe that thorough research and understanding of the existing challenges and innovation through multimodal technology, automation, miniaturization and AI will be key to unlocking the potential of eye care professionals to best serve their patients.
