Veina is dedicated to reducing hemolysis in the ED and unlocking the true value in each blood sample. Our team has a range of specialties in biomedical and mechanical engineering, including medical devices, tissue engineering and manufacturing. We are designing a novel blood-draw device to address hemolysis by optimizing flow dynamics and minimizing red blood cell shearing, all while integrating into existing ER workflows. With your support, we aim to bring our device to every ER so all patients receive accurate, timely, and reliable care.
