Vascular Graft Solutions (VGS), was founded in 2009 and is focusing on the development and commercialization of innovative solutions to improve the outcome of bypass surgery.

The company’s leading product, the VEST (Venous External Scaffolding Technology), is a novel external mechanical support for autologous vein grafts, intended for improving vein graft longevity.
Pre-clinical and clinical studies confirmed that by restraining wall tension and improving lumen uniformity, the VEST optimizes vein graft hemodynamics and mitigates vein graft disease.

Following CE approval in 2014, VEST is commercially available in selected international markets including UK, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Israel, Switzerland, Greece and South Africa.

Additional post marketing studies in Europe are currently ongoing, to establish the role of SVG external stenting in improving CABG outcome.
