Tigon Medical was founded in 2017 by Jeremy Clark to help fill the void left by the purchase of a large medical device company. As an owner of a medical device distribution company, Jeremy saw the need for a new line of suture anchors in the market, and began the development of the Manticore anchor line. Tigon Medical received FDA clearance to market product in 2019.

In recent years Tigon has expanded its products to include the additional surgical equipment for Labral and rotator cuff repairs, and just released its first foot and ankle set.

Moving forward, Tigon will be focused on challenging the medical industry by developing tools and Implants to optimize surgeon performance, improve patient outcomes and reduce environmental impact.
