Suburban Tool is a machine shop that does a little bit of everything. We utilize SolidWorks to offer design and builds, from simple fixtures to special machines. For our machining operations, we use GibbsCAM along with some of the most accurate machines on the market to make parts the right way, and enabling us to hold very tight tolerances, all the way down to plus or minus .0001" depending on part geometry. We then have a climate controlled inspection room with measuring equipment that allows us to check parts to those tolerances. We don't only do design and builds, we also offer precision replacement tooling and production runs. Industries that we have made parts for include, but are not limited to: Aerospace, Agriculture, Automotive, Construction, Filtration, Medical and Oil Field.
