CATHETER BONDING MACHINE - a standardized machine that bonds various catheter materials using a laser. It is a true turnkey plug-and-play laser bonding and welding system. The Catheter Laser Bonder design is patented and is proprietary technology of SAVASTO, and is available to our clients in the medical device industry. CATHETER COATING MACHINE - a standardized catheter coating machine that applies a hydrophillic coating and UV cures the catheter. The machine is manually loaded with a catheters, the machine then lowers the catheters into the preparatory solution. The machine has a built in UV oven, the catheters are lowered into the oven and cured. The machine is then manually off loaded.
