ProstheteX is creating World first solutions for amputees who are suffering pain, discomfort, and frustration, caused by their current prosthetic's. 100% of amputees face these issues in their prosthetic journey. Our aim is to eliminate the pains of wearing a prosthetic. We are creating flexible 3D-printed sockets, that conform to an amputees limb throughout their daily activities. Therefore, reducing pain and discomfort, giving them the freedom and quality of life that they deserve. We are Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, with backgrounds working for the SPCA and the New Zealand Artificial Limb Service. We are working with the New Zealand Artificial Limb Service and the worlds leading 3D-printing expert, Professor Olaf Diegel in combination with an expert commercialization team through Uni-Services. With ProstheteX, we are combining our skills and passions, to help those in need.
