With over 25 years' experience researching, designing, manufacturing and distributing cutting edge medical alternating mattresses and other medical devices, Michael and the team in NUA Medical have taken the world of medical mattresses by storm with their innovative range of NEST® products including the non-mechanical medical mattresses and medical cushions. The team have developed the NEST® the first prototype mattress in 2018 and refined the product to become the first choice in all the major medical markets including Acute, Community. Residential and Private both here in Ireland and internationally. Our current medical mattresse and medical cushion solutions where launched early in 2022. A very important aspect of our success has been the strategy of listening to medical professionals in Ireland, the EU and the US who provided us with insight and advice that we took back to the laboratory test centres and beta customers that allowed us to fast track the end product. Our products are manufactured here in Dublin, Ireland and delivered to hospitals and nursing homes on demand. Our three pillars of growth are based on infection prevention and control, Pressure ulcer prevention and management, and Low cost of use and sustainability benefits.
