Novo Solvo aims to establish medical technology for various purposes and target markets.
Traditional approaches such as finger-pricking technologies have multiple disadvantages. The finger-pricking systems for diabetes are painful to use. In general patients have to prick their fingers 3-4 times/day. In addition, patients do not get a continuous picture of their fluctuating glucose levels. More specifically, they cannot measure body glucose while exercising, sleeping or on the move.
Currently, Novo Solvo is researching the development of sensors for noninvasive glucose monitoring. Initially, our sensors would be specifically for individuals with type-2 diabetes. Our aim is to produce the most accurate, economically affordable and user-friendly sensors for glucose monitoring to this date.
