Mobility Central was founded in Birmingham, Alabama in 2004 by Ben and Laurie Peters. Their goal then and now is to bring the best in home medical and mobility equipment to the people of Alabama. The trained and caring employs at Mobility Central works with medical personnel, the patient, the family and the caregiver to evaluate the home environment, assess equipment needs, and customize solutions that support the patient's functional needs and therapeutic goals while addressing activities of daily living.
