After operating as a division of INTERMED N.V. in 2007 and thereafter transitioning to INTERMED CARIBE N.V. in 2014, MEDSYS has become a separate entity within the INTERMED Group of Companies in 2017.
The registration at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KKF) has taken place on 17 March 2017, after the initiation by notary on 15 February 2017.
We will continue to improve our services to you under the new name MEDSYS SOLUTIONS N.V. and have included IT services as well in our portfolio.
