1. Do No Harm: An “opportunity” that disrupts the practice or requires additional physician or staff time for little return is not an opportunity at all. Our first priority with any ancillary service we recommend is to not disrupt your daily routine or add a significant “time cost” to any value we propose

2. Improve The Well Being of The Practice: Any ancillary service or product we recommend must financially benefit the practice and create an advancement in the standard of care and/or clinical outcomes. If you don’t directly benefit, we don’t offer it

3. Develop a Long-Term Relationship: Our first meeting is like the New-Patient Visit, a baseline that we intend to monitor for improvement or problems. We don’t want to “sell you”, we want to partner with you to improve your practice and patient care as a whole
