Medifix Services was founded in 1988 by John Kelly. John, a keen wheelchair athlete, represented Ireland in the Paralympics and was a member of the Irish basketball squad. John’s challenges with mobility have never stopped him achieving all his goals and his vision was to provide a service that would help others with similar challenges.

Medifix Services continued to be a family run company with John’s wife Ann Kelly taking up the role of Managing Director in 1997.

Over the years the company has grown and the team of staff all work off the core values of providing quality products and services and solutions to people with mobility problems. In 2016 Medifix Services joined the Ottobock UK family to become Medifix Healthcare Ltd and in 2018 celebrated their 30th Anniversary.

Our team works closely with end users and medical professionals to provide a tailored solution to individual mobility challenges. We work directly with leading manufacturers in the rehabilitation field.

We pride ourselves on the knowledge of our customer service and sales teams who have over 50 years’ experience between them. To ensure that our products continue to meet our customers’ needs we have a highly skilled technical team that provide a quality after sales service. When mobility becomes a problem we have the solution.
