Magnea

Magnea is a startup with the vision to make physical activity as natural as pharma or surgery when it comes to prevention and treatment within healthcare and eldercare.

Our core is software and machine learning. We have developed a wearable sensor that uses artificial intelligence to recognize the movements typical for patients and seniors like slow walks, traumatic falls, sitting down, exercising etc. We present the data to both patients and staff in order to increase activity and optimize resources & treatment.

We are a team of 10 and raised our angel round in December 2015. We have signed Attendo AB and Karolinska Institutet as paying customers and our first product, Magnea Care, is launching March 29th. The future is global, do you wanna join us?
