We have grown and adapted with the ever changing Human Factors and User Research landscape and have seen a rise in enquires from individuals for more sector specific training and guidance on how to implement tools and techniques to meet their individual needs. Instead of providing specialist training programmes which primarily focus on the education of standards and tools already available in the public domain, we provide in-depth guidance on how to implement this information to ensure user needs and insights correctly inform and develop projects and products.
