Hospice In House Medical Services

We help patients to be as comfortable, aware and participatory as possible until the time of death arrives peacefully and naturally. In Hospice "RESIDENCE OF THE FOREST OF CUERNAVACA" we support life and consider death as a normal process that should not be rushed or artificially delayed. We focus on palliative care, the physical needs of the patient and offer relief from pain and symptoms presented through medical attention. We support emotional needs by helping the patient to face possible feelings such as loneliness, isolation, fear and everything related to the end of life. We focus on social needs recognizing that people suffering from a terminal illness are not as active as they were when they were healthy. We attend to spiritual needs by helping the patient and their families to seek support in their spiritual advisor, in the spiritual leader of their community or in the spiritual advisor of Hospice.
