Holospital is a medical collaboration platform based on volumetric visualization, rendered remotely in real-time. In the success of surgeries, the most important factors are the cooperation between medical experts, the understanding of relationships of complex biological structures, and effective communication between different fields to reach a common understanding. To achieve these, so-called medical councils are organized for each case. Based on modern imaging techniques, a platform that moves the medical council into virtual space is an essential need for healthcare, where the physicians can view and asynchronously make spatial annotations on remote rendered 3D medical records from a simple browser or a Mixed Reality device.
