EZsurgical Ltd. was founded in 2006 at the Naiot Business Incubator (An Ofer Hi-Tech Company, Israel) specializing in the production of medical devices with unmet clinical need. EZ Surgical received FDA Clearance for DASH™ (Disposable Absorbent Secure Hold) in May 2007 entering the United States Market via indirect and direct sales channels and in full commercialization by November 2007. EZ Surgical, Inc. USA was founded in Hewlett, New York, United States in 2007 with the vision to become a rapidly growing medical device company and launched a full scale infrastructure including US Distribution on the DASH™ technology platform. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of EZ Surgical Ltd. (Israel) and portfolio company of Ofer Hi-Tech.
