A Washington State Life Sciences Discovery Fund (LSDF) grant was awarded in 2013 and successfully concluded in 2015 to develop the proof-of-concept Adaptive Compression System for Lower Limb Amputees. Patents have been filed for background fluid compression technology as well as specific application to prosthetics.
