Envelicus has partnered with four of the most respected and coveted factories in East Asia. These relationships were cultivated and came slowly over time. They have expanded each month − additional capacity, additional offerings, competitive pricing reviews and daily communication have been the key drivers as these relationships have moved forward.
The objective was to put in place an organization unlike any other prior to the pandemic. It was not an easy task to “disrupt” a new market. Essential to the success of the company would be a well-rounded team with diverse backgrounds
Envelicus felt there was one piece missing to differentiate themselves and put them a step ahead of their competition. That is when Cameron Young our CEO took decisive action and traveled to Thailand to act as a liaison for existing customer orders, and to enhance the partnerships with current manufacturers and expand capacity overall. That decision proved monumental as the traction and relationships have flourished since his arrival there in February of 2021. As a result, Envelicus has significantly expanded their capacity in Southeast Asia and cut their “Five Year Plan” almost in half during a very short period of time. Young’s experience in Thailand has proven indispensable to the success of the company. Cameron has established an office and team in Thailand and will remain there indefinitely.
