Endometrix

We provide an app that allows our users to better understand how endometriosis uniquely affects them. This understanding leads to better self-health, better communication with healthcare providers, and better management techniques. Roughly 10% of uterus carriers around the world within their reproductive years live with endometriosis. If the endometriosis population were a country, it'd be the 7th largest country in the world after Nigeria. The average time to diagnosis for these people is on-average 7 years due to the normalization of period pain, the complex nature of the condition, and a general lack of awareness within healthcare and society. We enable our users to track how their symptoms uniquely affect them, where in their body their symptoms affect them, and the frequency of their symptoms. We also give our users the option to track their treatment methods to build a baseline health profile. Additionally, our users have access to non-pharmacological self-care programs like mindfulness, diet, and yoga developed by fellow memebers of the endometriosis community to supplement their current management techniques. Their tracking information is then input into a Calendar overview that provides hard evidence for the individual to present to their healthcare provider to get to the most effective and adequate treatment.
