Since 2012 and based in Copenhagen, DUKADA develops and produces advanced medical devices for injection pens.

Lately, we have developed a connected add-on for injection pens that detects, stores and transfers data related to the time, the sizes of the doses injected as dialled and the volume remaining in the cartridge.

The solution is prepared for the receipt and treatment of user-specified data.

Our first DUKADA Trio for Insulin Pens is a unique Replacement Cap with
– Timer (keeps track of the time since the last injection and reduces the risk of a double dosage)
– Light on the needle and skin (makes it easier to take insulin in the dark) and
– FlexGrip (helps when taking insulin on an unstable seating on the go or if hands are shaky)
– Better Sunlight protection during injections than the original pen caps.
