ATI is developing an efficacious non pharmacological attention therapeutic for the clinic, industry, school and home using a proprietary direct brain to computer interface technology (BCI). The Bluetooth enabled BCI (EEG based) system provides real time precise measurement and differentiation of a patient’s attention states and levels. In turn, increasingly challenging ‘brain exercises’ are instantly ‘fed-forward’ on any personal computer monitor to be promptly completed by the patient’s own directed concentration states and levels as measured by the BCI system. In clinical studies, after a series of noninvasive ‘brain exercise’ training sessions, children with mild to severe attention deficits have experienced significant and sustained attention improvements for several months with no follow-up therapy including no medication. Over the last decade there have been numerous studies and case examples demonstrating the resiliency of the human brain to develop and/or recover new functionality by cultivating the brain’s neuroplasticity. ATI is concentrating in developing practical product solutions for several market opportunities including i) the clinic for the treatment for Attention, Alzheimers, Parkinsons disorders and Traumatic Brain Injury, ii) K-12 Schools for education enhancement, iii) medical insurance, Medicare and industry wellness programs, iv) insurance casualty liability management, v) athletic performance enhancement, vi) entertainment and vii) brain health.
