Ars Chirurgica s.r.l., with legal and operational headquarters in San Giovanni in Persiceto (Bologna) Via della Colombaia 12, since 1983 operates in the Emilia Romagna Region as a promoter and licensee of medical devices and surgical equipment in some endoscopic specialties between minimally invasive surgery, urology and enteral nutrition in general for which it is exclusive distributor in the Region. Since 2011 it has also been operating nationally with some product lines for which it is exclusively distributor for Italy. The activity is based on the purchase of products, training of the sales force, a marketing activity and the promotion and sale to doctors, public hospitals and nursing homes. Ars Chirurgica periodically organizes, in collaboration with the manufacturing companies, workshops or thematic meetings in conferences or in the hospital classrooms where, as appropriate, doctors or nursing staff are involved. Ars Chirurgica sells the products of important companies such as Maquet - Getinge Group, GEM, Baxter, Endocontrol, Applied Medical Technology and Medizintechnik Sattler. Ars Chirurgica is in possession of the Certification of the company management system in compliance with ISO 9001: 2015 and operates according to what established by its Code of Ethics and through the procedures of the organization and management model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
