Active Life Scientific is a medical technology company founded based on physicist Dr. Paul Hansma’s discovery of the ‘glue-like’ role played by tiny molecular structures to dramatically improve the strength of certain materials.
One such material was bone, where Dr. Hansma’s ‘bone glue’ breakthrough motivated his invention of a new way to measure the strength and quality of materials, called Reference Point Indentation (RPI).
